Organization of foreign language educational material in the process of foreign language skill formation

The article deals with possible ways of linguistic and speech foreign language study material organization, in order to promote its memorization and recall in the process of the foreign language skill formation. The undertaken research proves that consideration for mechanism of information encoding and decoding while memorizing it, as well as setting vocabulary organization on the basis of system correlation between words allows making the foreign language learning more efficient.
