Problems of translation of German legal terms

In this article the author analysed the problems of translation of German legal terms into Russian and proposed ways to solve them. The existing problems in the translation of German legal terms are primarily related to their lexical and semantic peculiarities. Legal terminology is present in all spheres of society, and the close interaction between countries in the modern world makes the topic of the article topical.
