Problems of using artificial intelligence in education

The article analyzes the existing technical, software and legislative capabilities and limitations of introducing artificial intelligence in education at the stage of digital transformation of society, the economy and the field of education. Substantive, technological, managerial and regulatory problems, that require resolution for the successful use of artificial intelligence in the field of education, have been identified. The authors proceeded from the assumption that the problem is complex, multifaceted and requires a systemic solution. In their work, the authors focused their efforts on the need to substantiate the management of the educational process on a regulatory basis and legislative regulation of the use of artificial intelligence at all levels of education.
