This article deals with the problems of small business development in Russia, impeding the development of business in Russiaю. Lack of funding, the size of the tax burden, the pressure of Supervisory authorities, all this leads to the growth of shadow business. These problems can be solved through the development of comprehensive state support for small businesses.
