Problems of the balance of the Samara region budget

The issues of balancing regional budgets are in the focus of attention of the scientific and expert communities, as the budget sustainability of the region and its socio-economic development depend on the balance. The article analyzes the balance of the budget of the Samara region, the dynamics and structure of revenues and expenditures of the regional budget over a five-year period. The author identified main problems of formation of regional budget revenues and the execution of expenditure obligations of the region and proposed approaches to their solution.
