Problems of current development of educational systems

The paper is concerned with the problems of current development of educational systems. At the moment national educational systems are evolving in connection with the organisation of a unified European educational space. The internal structure of the educational system is changing owing to the reform of higher education. Reforms imply transition to the new principle of construction of system structure. Authors develop an idea of research&manufacturing (technological) educational complex comprising classical university, research-intensive university and research &manufacturing (technological) university. Each component of this structure has its own organisational structure and carries out a professional training at different levels. Functions and features of each structure are discussed.
