Problems of the management of the regional budget risks

The article investigates the fiscal risks in the system of governmental financial risks; different types of fiscal risks arising in the regions of Russia in the contemporary fiscal policy and the economic environment are disclosed; the assessment of the status and the development potential of regional budgets is given and the conclusions on possible ways of the reducing of regional budget risks of a region are drawn.
