Remedial compensatory mechanisms in modern criminal legal proceedings

The features of the modern process of differentiation of the procedural form, its improvement, the existence of such a trend of its development as differentiation of the procedural status of the participant of criminal proceedings are highlighted. At the same time the compensatory mechanisms of their concept and meaning are considered. The results of the study allowed to formulate the author's definition of compensation of subjective rights of participants of criminal proceedings, identify the main trends and prospects for further development.
