Procedural features of the protection of the honor, dignity and business reputation of the servicemen of the national guard of the Russian Federation

The author's publication attempts to conduct a legal analysis of the theoretical provisions and law enforcement practices of the procedural features of the protection of the honour, dignity and business reputation of such a civil justice subject as a member of the Russian National Guard. As a result of a brief study of the stated problem, recommendations are made to improve the legal regulation of this type of procedural legal relations.
