Projecting and realization of androgogical training model for external technical students

Pedagogic strategies focused on adults (andragogy) are dynamically developing and meeting its large-scale application at various stages of lifelong learning. The article places special emphasis on social didactic values of an androgogic model used for training extra-mural technical students. Extra-mural students should be treated as adults. The authors introduce principles and prevailing conditions that are expected to improve efficiency of androgogic technology in the field of higher vocational training.
