Designing of competence-oriented content of the "Elements of mathematical computer science" course

The article presents an algorithm for designing of educational content for future Bachelors of Computer Science with application of the scale model of basic mathematical concepts mastery in the study of major subjects, the transformed system of interconnected matrices (proposed by V.P. Pustobayev), the matrix determining the "weight" of competences and the "weight" of the elements of substantial lines of mathematical computer science, as well as the method of topological sorting.
