Modern approach to the organization of complex study of children with disabilities as a condition of health saving educational process is proposed. The technology of complex study of a child in the environment of psychological, medical, pedagogical consultations is described. The content of additional vocational education of teachers at special (correctional) educational institutions is specified. These institutions provide with personality-oriented education for children with disabilities and with teachers9 readiness for individual educational programs elaboration.
