Designing the training system is considered on the multiparadigmatic basis as complex and multifaceted phenomenon, involving the use of such approaches that are able to provide the organizational complexity of its theoretical construct and study the basic characteristics. It is approved that a paradigmatic analysis of projective strategies of professional education defines a hierarchy of aims, priority ideas, assesses the prospects of existing paradigms, their interaction and mutual influence. The thesis that the system paradigm is a means of achieving the aims at each stage of education, provides a result in the process of implementing an integrative set of paradigms.
