The article considers the activities of collective communication centers - coworking. The diversity and wide range of proposals for the provision of equipped jobs from various fields of economic activity were noted. Marketing research has been carried out and an increasing demand for the services of coworking centers from entrepreneurs, self-employed, freelancers, startups and public figures. The expansion of proposals for providing users with additional coworking services was noted - the provision of capsule hotels near the workspace, food delivery, catering for events, and other services. It has been established that in the centers of collective communications - sites with organized workplaces, the conditions for eating do not always meet the requirements of labor protection and sanitary and epidemiological well-being, although this type of activity has signs of a space with employment. The analysis of planning solutions, material and technical equipment was carried out, route flows were investigated. Recommendations and project proposals have been developed for organizing a food zone for coworking spaces in accordance with regulatory requirements.
