The article reveals that effectiveness of doctors' professional activity depends on quality and students' adaptation. The professional adoption task means improving students' activity which influences the final result. Students' adaptation to the professional activity in medical-preventive institutions influenced by technological and communicative factors is connected with workplace adaptation.
