Professional-personal reflection as the factor of akme achievement by the teacher

The article analyses akmeological bases of the teacher's preparation towards professional reflection, to the comprehension of the sense of his or her profession. Special attention is given to the disclosure of psychological characteristics that help the person to achieve akme. The role of professional-personal reflection in this process, the structure of the reflective analysis as a method of a teacher's promotion in akme stages are also described in the article.
