The professional and personal self-development of future teachers in the process of industrial pedagogical practice

The issue of professional and personal self-development of future teachers in the period of industrial pedagogical practice is considered. There is specified the content of the basic concept, the componential structure of professional and personal self-development is revealed. The results of pilot and experimental work on the basis of Municipal General Education Institution “Secondary school #48 of the Voroshilovsky district of Volgograd” and the set of pedagogical means are presented. The criteria and diagnostic tools are developed, there are identified three levels of professional and personal self-development. It is proven that the industrial practice activates the professional and personal self-development of teachers.
