Professional and personal portrait of teacher of rural ungraded school

The professional and personal traits of teachers of rural ungraded schools are analyzed. The teacher’s portrait is considered as the orienting point for creating the system of conditions of its professional self-development. There are given the examples of pedagogical experience of teachers and the peculiarities of cooperation with educational and sociocultural spaces of rural areas.
