Professionally marked phraseological units (phraseological terminological units) as the result of determinologization (based on the german scientific discourse)

The article deals with the phenomenon of the determinologization of the terminological hyper-word units: there are described the professionally marked phraseological units (phraseological terminological units). There are given the examples of the German scientific discourse of the different subject areas used as the sources of the origin of these language units. The authors reveal the factors supporting the determinologization of the terminological combinations.
