The relevance of the study is due to the presence and need to re-solve the contradictions between the objective need for high vocationally-oriented foreign language training of law students and the insufficient effectiveness of the tools used in current educational practice; the possibility of using distance learning tools for this purpose and the lack of development of methodological, theoretical, organizational and technological foundations for their application. The aim of the study was to develop, theoretically justify and experimentally verify the author’s model of the process of improving the vocationally-oriented foreign language training of law students by means of distance learning, as well as the analysis of organizational and technological support and organizational and pedagogical conditions contributing to its realization. The theoretical propositions put forward by the author were confirmed in the course of the experimental work.
