Professional development of an instructor during his pedagogical work - setting the problem and approaches to the solution

The author stresses that on level of concepts solution of the problem of instructors’ professional development is oriented on the results of interpersonal cooperation as the co-creation. To stir innovation activity the researcher provides kinds of studies typical for Russia included in non-traditional learning sets according to the pedagogical situation and logics of process of learning.
