Modern trends in the development of the system of higher professional education are increasingly determined by the requirements of the labor market and employers for a set of professional skills of specialists, which must meet changing conditions and be flexible. Therefore, the training of specialists with competitive advantages and a favorablebackground in the form of well-formed professional skills is currently being given considerable attention. This problem in the field of training specialists in the field of physical culture and sports management can be successfully solved if the appropriate organizational and pedagogical conditions are modeled and implemented. The purpose of the article is a theoretical analysis of the problem of the formation of professional skills as a component of the personality of a specialist in the field of physical culture and sports management and the identification of organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective implementation of this process. Professional skills are considered as integrated methods of successful professional actions mastered by a specialist in non-standard, unusual, complex situations. Gnostic, design, constructive, organizational, communicative, evaluative and reflective skills were described, as well as organizational and pedagogical conditions for the effective formation of professional skills of a specialist in the field of physical culture and sports management were developed and filled with content.
