Summary Objectives: Analysis of the most significant prognostic factors in low grade cerebral gliomas (LGG). Materials and methods: 25 patients with morphologically proven low grade cerebral gliomas were included. In 25 patients was found grade II, diffuse astrocytoma - 16 (64%), oligoastrocytoma - 7 (28%), oligodendroglioma - 2 (8%). We analyzed the cumulative overall survival using the Kaplan-Meier analysis. Results: According to research risk factors include age ≥ 40 years, tumor size of more than 6 cm, tumor cross the midline of the brain, no seizures and acute cerebral circulatory disorder disease manifestation. Supratentorial localization or subtentorial localization of the tumor, histology and extent of surgical excision the tumor no effect on the outcome of LGG treatment. Model EORTC can be used to identify low-risk and high-risk patients. Conclusion: The most significant risk factors to be introduced in the multi-modality treatment low grade cerebral gliomas.
