Research objective. The results of active therapy administered during the early postoperative period depend on adequate assessment of hemodynamic profiles/patterns. Defining the key type of hemodynamic disturbances demands the syndrome approach which is necessary for the estimation of cardio-vascular system's condition. The aims of our research were the development/elaboration of full original integrated classification of hemodynamic perioperative syndromes observed in oncologic patients and ascertainment of high risk patients. Materials and methods. The study of hemodynamic parameters was performed in a group of cancer patients with the ascertained diagnosis and indications to expanded operative treatment. The age varied from 18 to 85. Main results. We analyzed hemodynamic parameters which characterize preload, afterload and myocardium contractility. As a result of our research 12 types of hemodynamic profiles/patterns were defined and we managed to elaborate the algorithms for detailed estimation of cardio-vascular system in cancer patients during the early postoperative period. Conclusion. The mixed unstable type of hemodynamic was identified as the most unfavorable with the highest risk (60%) of severe postoperative cardio-vascular complications.
