Forecasting of successful activities of small groups. On a basis of psychological compatibility of their members

On the basis of theoretical data and discriminating analysis, with the use of similarity/ addition principle the authors find out variables allowing to forecast the belonging of a subject to the group in general and depending on the specialty (humanitarian, technical).
