Prognostication of successful professional activities and development of a specialist in the sphere of navy administration at the training stage

Based on the theoretical analysis and experimental study, the article considers modules of professionally important qualities of Navy administration specialists. It shows the dynamics of their change in the course of academic training. The authors have conducted grading and comparative analysis of professionally significant qualities of an expert group with graduates of the Navy Academy.
