Program of the empiric research of the implementation of the grade-rating system while evaluating the process of developing the managerial competence of junior specialists of the national guard troops in the Russian Federation

The article deals with the gradual methodological plan directed to the organization of the implementation of the model of grade-rating system while evaluating the managerial competence. There are considered the factors that are necessary for the achievement of the predicted result connected with the methodology of the implementation of the grade-rating system in the process of the professional training of junior specialists. There are described the basic stages of the empiric research.
