Evaluating the effectiveness of school health improvement programs is one of the key aspects of preventive pediatrics. The treatment and prevention of musculoskeletal disorders among children and adolescents require a comprehensive approach to achieve lasting results. A study of the physical development of 9th–11th grade students at Kabansk Secondary School was conducted, followed by the development and implementation of a musculoskeletal health improvement program. The study has assessed 165 students aged 14 to 17. It has been found that a significant number of students had posture abnormalities, foot deformities, and deviations in body mass index values. The proposed health improvement program increased the proportion of students classified in the first health group from 48.8% to 62%. The data analysis demonstrates that such programs can be used to evaluate and adjust rehabilitation measures aimed at preventing musculoskeletal disorders.
