Programme provision of athletic gymnastics studies of 1-4 year students of the technical institution of higher education

The problem of application of athletic gymnastics as one of the main means of the foundation course of 1-4 year students of the Technical Institution of Higher Education is considered in the paper. To plan the training process of students physical education innovative approaches have been used. The development of students physical qualities has been worked out. If to compare the increasing of students general physical preparedness, the levels of students of the department of athletic gymnastics proved to be higher in comparison with students of a preparatory group.
