The prolonged medicinal forms as a way of decreasing the negative influences on a human body

Aid substances (AS) in pharmaceutical technology play the important role in creation of new highly effec-tive and safe medical products. They are one of the important biopharmaceutical factors, capable to change (to strengthen, weaken, deform) action of the basic (medicinal) substance. However by means of aid substances it is possible to create medical products which are capable in a smaller doze and at smaller quantity of receptions to render high therapeutic effect, i.e. to prolong its action. Such property is espe-cially important for tablet medicinal forms borrowing more of 80% from all medical products of mass re-lease. With this purpose we study a composition of natural polymers-filmformers from group ïîëèñàpf polysaccharides: methyl cellulose and chytozan.
