Watching authentic TV series as one of the techniques of the development of sociolinguistic competence

The article deals with the sociolinguistic competence, its structural elements and one of the ways of its development - watching authentic TV series. There is described the algorithm of the work with TV series, there are given the examples of the tasks for the development of the methodological complex conducting the chosen TV series.
