При планировании социально-экономического развития административных территорий федеральные и региональные органы исполнительной власти особое внимание уделяют мерам, обеспечивающим пространственную мобильность населения. When planning the socio-economic development of administrative territories, federal and regional executive authorities pay special attention to measures that ensure spatial mobility of the population.
