Psychophysiological approach to a problem of individualization of sports preparation on the example of archery

The factors reflecting the specialization of the hemispheres and the most common combinations of individual lateral features in athletes of high qualification in archery are determined. The obtained data were studied on the basis of the provisions of neuropedagogy on the individualization of the teaching process, taking into account the features of the functioning of human asymmetries in the motor sphere and the specifics of the athlete's performance of technical actions in archery. The results of the research allow us to confirm that individual lateral signs of the athlete underlie the rational structure of technical actions. However, it must be taken into account that the self-assessment of athletes in determining the "dominant hand" on the sensitivity questionnaire does not coincide with the received data on the map of lateral features, where the “dominant hand" is tested in conjunction with the "dominant ear and eye." Analyzing the hand-ear-eye combinations of archers, we determined that the value of the lateral sign “dominant hand “becomes informative only in combination with other lateral signs. And most significant of all, it is when choosing and setting up the personal inventory of the archer and the ability to interact with the bow and arrow leading to an aimed shot.
