Psychological safety of the educational environment as a condition for the success of schoolchildren’s learning activities

On the basis of theoretical analysis the definition of “educational environment” is considered in the article. Much attention is paid to the peculiarities of interpersonal relations and communication between a teacher and a student as the basis of psychological safety of the educational environment. The author also describes her experience in teaching teachers of Perm region effective professional communication within the training course “Motivated teacher – motivated student”, organized on the basis of the Center for Continuous Professional Development of Pedagogical Staff.
