Psycho-diagnostics of the state road traffic safety inspection officers’ corruption proclivity

The authors study whether it is possible to make psycho-diagnostic estimate of The State Road Traffic Safety Inspection officers’ proclivity to corruptive behaviour. The article contains the results of the comparative analysis of psycho-diagnostic materials of studying individual psychological peculiarities of persons convicted for corruption (former law enforcement officers). The regression model of assessment of potential corruptive behaviour among The State Road Traffic Safety Inspection officers is developed. This method can be used in preventive work conducted with the personnel, which will ensure personification of preventive influence, increase the quality of psychological educative work and reduce corruption.
