High school teachers' Psychological innovation readiness as a necessary condition to introduce effective quality management

The article dwells upon the psychological characteristic of innovation, innovative management and innovation readiness concepts. In the research, the author presents seven types of innovation readiness and correlates them to phases of an innovative cycle. Perceiving quality control as an actual innovation the author concludes that an effective quality system implementation is related to personnel decisions based on the type of innovation readiness.
