Psychological competence as a factor in the pedagogical prevention of emotional (professional) burnout syndrome

The article examines such a type of professional destruction of the individual as the emotional (professional) burnout syndrome, analyzes the concept and structure of the psychological competence of the individual as a factor in the prevention of the emotional (professional) burnout syndrome, analyzes other forms of prevention of the emotional (professional) burnout syndrome, and separately considers the pedagogical prevention of the emotional (professional) burnout syndrome, measures are proposed aimed at achieving psychological competence by future professionals.
