This paper investigates the psychological aspects of adapting personnel motivation systems to the conditions of a mobilization economy in Russia during the period of 2022-2024. It examines the specific features of labor market transformation and shifts in approaches to personnel motivation in the context of emerging economic realities. Particular emphasis is placed on analyzing governmental support measures targeting strategically important industries, notably the IT sector, and their impact on the motivation of specialists. Complex motivation systems, including material and non-material incentives, as well as their adaptation to the conditions of mobilisation economy are studied. Key factors affecting the effectiveness of motivational mechanisms in modern conditions are identified, including flexibility of work formats, professional development and social guarantees. Based on an analysis of the practical experience of Russian companies, recommendations are proposed for the improvement of personnel motivation systems in the context of ongoing economic transformation.
