Teacher's professional self-development in crunch time: psychological principles of modelling

The article deals with the question of psychological interconnection of a crunch situation, a decision as a subject phenomenon and a choice of professional self-development in a mathematical context. It is proved theoretically, that the modern educational environment represents for a professional subject of management a possibility of choice of its professional self-development, as a way of « a limit increment» of its situational professional «consistency».
