Psychological conditions of the development of the achievement motive of teenagers

The article deals with the issues of the development of the achievement motive of teenagers that is significant both for the personality development and for the economic growth of the region. There is observed the decrease of the motive of the students in the process of learning activities. There are described the conditions of the organization of the educational environment aimed at the development of the teenagers’ need for achievement. There are identified the criteria of the evaluation of the need’s development.
