The article reveals the features of manipulation in the activities of personally interacting individuals in an organization. The theoretical basis of the study is the works of domestic and foreign scientists, which allow to reveal the many facets of the manipulation process in interpersonal communications. The theoretical study of this topic is clarified and confirmed by psychological research conducted on the basis of the Department of Humanities and Foreign Languages of the Russian University of Cooperation. The following psychodiagnostic methods were used in the empirical study: the Manipulative Attitude Scale (SHMO) by T. B. a nta (adapted by V.V. Znakov); The method of interpersonal relations by T. Leary (adapted by L.N. Sobchik); Sociometry by J. Moreno (adapted by Y.L. Kolominsky); Communication skills by L. Michel (adapted by Y.Z. Gilbukh).). The data obtained in the course of the study using these psychodiagnostic methods are consistently presented in the text of the article.
