Psychological Support for the Formation of Professionally Important Qualities in Sales Managers During the Training Work Implementation

For successful and effective sales implementation in the dynamics of their professional activities, managers need to hold professionally important qualities that are associated with the strategic tasks solving in the organization. In this context, such professionally important qualities as sociability, risk-taking, economic independence, communication and organizational skills, emotional stability, and motivation to achieve the success are essential for sales managers. After the psychological training program execution, the sales managers developed a system of professionally important qualities that are required to solve the strategic tasks at the level of both its components and its structure. The line sales managers’ degree of expressiveness of professionally important qualities and the structural architecture of these characteristics can be transformed into indicators that ensure the strategic tasks solution. A specially developed psychological training based on the use of cognitive, behavioral, and semantic techniques or components is an effective tool for developing the professionally important qualities that line sales managers, who ensure the solution of strategic tasks, possess.
