The subject of the article is psychological and pedagogical training of students of technical universities in multi-level education (bachelor, specialist, master), providing the development of fundamental personal qualities of individuals as the basis of the success of training at the University and the formation of a competitive specialist. The main topic is the role of psychological and pedagogical training of students of technical universities in multi-level education in the process of formation of highly qualified, competitive Russian engineers. The purpose of the work is to analyze the psychological and pedagogical training of students of technical universities in multi - level education, which is the basis of the success of training in high school and the formation of a competitive specialist. The methodology of the work consists in the search for a set of theoretical and methodological approaches, on the basis of which the principles of formation of psychological and pedagogical competences of educational technical universities in multi-level education are determined.
