Psychological and pedagogical aspects of the individualization of the content of the bachelors' professional education

The article is devoted to the individualization of the content of University education of the future bachelors. It identifies some trends in the development of Higher Education in Russian Federation, including competence-based approach in determining the targets of a professional education; individual and creative approaches in a selection of its content, a modular principle design of its programs. These principles and approaches may contribute the possibility of student’s self-choice of the courses and the disciplines which would be the most relevant for their professional development and individual educational needs, provide an opportunity to develop an individual learning path of the bachelor. The authors present the results of empirical studies of individualization of the content of an elective course for the bachelors of pedagogical and psycho-pedagogical education in different fields of training. Individualization of the content of the elective course is revealed as a form of organization of educational activity in which the content of the course focused not only on the interests and abilities of students, but also on the priority in the learning of specialized professional knowledge. In the article are marked the examples of individualized tasks for independent work of students, questions for subgroup discussion and brainstorming, the elements of psycho-diagnosis of their personal characteristics and etc. The conclusion is made about the advantages of using the individualization of the content of the elective courses for the growth of educational and professional motivation of students, for increasing of their awareness about educational and vocational deficits, and for appearance of the new meanings and the values of professional development.
