The psychological and pedagogical aspects of the stability of the students of the university of physical culture

The topicality of the problem of psychological stability of referees in mixed martial arts is discussed. The importance of this process in professional preparation of students of the universities of the sports profile is shown. The psychological features of the personality of judges in the mixed martial arts are presented. The importance of such personal characteristics as psychological stability is noted, the confusing factors that have the negative impact on the result of the activity are listed. The qualitative results of the diagnostics of personality trait, obtained by the method of unconnected observation are presented.
