Psychological-pedagogical tools ready students for future careers

The article presents the examination of the role of self-regulation and self-organisation processes in future organizational behavior of students as well as the applicability of the basic principles of functional theory of organization to these processes. Such psychological-pedagogical mechanisms of student’s readiness for future professional career as self- regulation and self-organization are given the main focus.
