The article provides the theoretical justification of pedagogical conditions that are necessary for the effective development of the reflexive abilities among university students. The optimal set of innovative teaching technologies with the choice of variable block technology and educational tools is the important psychological and pedagogical condition in organizing and implementing the formation process of the reflexive abilities.
