Modern science, including special education, is characterized by a change of paradigms. Special education system has undergone many changes came as a result of the need to give children not only knowledge in various fields, but also to prepare them for independent life in society. One of the priority directions of education of children with severe speech disorders is their social integration, as reflected in the basic regulatory documents. Speech disorder prevents the full communication, the formation of psychological and social readiness to live and work in a new environment, meet unusual and complex situations, moral stability, assimilation of social norms and values, development of social behavior. In the article the problem of development of children with severe speech disorders under conditions of inclusive education. This concept describes the types of abnormalities of speech development.
