Public-private environmental partnership

The author comes to the conclusion that it is impossible to solve the problems of environmental protection only at the expense of state funds or funds of economic entities. These problems can be solved, among other things, by combining public and private resources within the framework of a public-private partnership. It is proposed to expand the list of areas of environmental protection, where the mechanism of public-private partnership can be applied.
