The article examines the mechanism of supporting individualized educational trajectories based on a comprehensive study of the development of students in basic secondary school. The aim of the study is to identify and support gifted individuals and to cultivate in them the value of self-realization; it is emphasized that these goals are ensured by an integrated “passportization” system aimed at developing teacher – student interaction through support of their joint activities. Particular attention is paid to the proposed project (with subsequent application at all stages of the educational process) – the “Passport of talent development” – which contributes to forming an active student position by recording achievements, the dynamics of key competency development, and by containing recommendations for further development. This allows students, together with teachers and parents, to consciously design their own educational trajectory by selecting the most appropriate educational resources and instructional methods, which ensures sustained motivation for learning and the development of critical thinking.
